At CURIOCLASS, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant experience at all times. Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered.
Exchanges (if applicable).
We only replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@curioclass.cc within 48 hours of receiving your piece(s).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
CURIOCLASS reserves the right to refuse an exchange based on invalid reasons and also return any items received in unsatisfactory conditions.
